"The man is a "MACHINE " We interviewed 6 realtors and Nate stood far above the rest. He was understanding of our needs and issues ,very knowledgeable of the Keys market and above all honest. We were told the average time on the market was 90 to 120 days. Nate had us under contract in 30 days with 2 back up cash offers.
